    RT-C Series Conductive TPR is a functional composite material combining excellent flexibility, ease of processing, and stable electrical conductivity.

    Please ensure the machine screw and nozzle are thoroughly cleaned with PP or PE before production to remove any material residue.

    Coloring

    It is recommended to use color masterbatch based on PE or EVA carrier. Avoid PVC-based ones. Higher screw speed and backpressure are required for better colorant dispersion.

    Regrind Usage

    Consistent usage of up to 5% clean regrind is permissible.
