    Critical Precautions

    1. Strict drying is mandatory. Moisture causes bubbles, surface defects, and severely degrades conductivity.
    2. Conductive fillers cause wear to equipment (screw, barrel, mold). Use wear-resistant screws and mold steel is recommended.
    3. Avoid cross-contamination with non-conductive materials during processing.

    Purge Suggestion

Before and after processing, thoroughly purge the screw and barrel using a large amount of high-flow HDPE or PS until the purge material runs clean and uniformly colored.
