    A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with a hardness of approximately Shore A 80.

    Transparent, translucent, and various solid colors. Good colorability.

    Drying

    90-110°C / 3-5 hours (Mandatory and thorough, TPU is highly hygroscopic and prone to hydrolysis)

    Melt Temperature

    180 - 220 °C

    Mold Temperature

    20 - 40 °C

    Critical Precautions

    1. Drying is Critical: Any moisture causes melt degradation, leading to bubbles, splay marks, and severe strength loss.
    2. Narrow Processing Window: Strictly control temperature to avoid overheating or prolonged residence time.
    3. Potential Mold Sticking: Mold release agents may be needed for complex parts.

    Purge Suggestion

    Purge thoroughly with ABS or HIPS at the lower end of the processing temperature range. Avoid using PP or PE.
