1. Excellent Permanent Anti-static/ESD Performance: Stable surface/volume resistivity in the range of 10⁶-10⁹ Ω/sq.
2. Good Oil & Solvent Resistance.
3. Matte or Glossy finish available.Main Applications
Electronic component packaging trays & carriers, cleanroom rollers & conveyor belts, mining cable jackets, anti-static tool handles, IC test fixtures, medical device parts, industrial ESD floor mats.

95-110°C / 4-6 hours (Mandatory and thorough, moisture severely affects properties and appearance)
Melt Temperature
185 - 215 °C

Recommendation
Use medium-low shear screws. Avoid excessively high processing temperatures to prevent antistatic agent decomposition.
Critical Precautions
1. Strict Drying: Both TPU and antistatic agents are hygroscopic. Inadequate drying causes bubbles, surface defects, and unstable anti-static performance.
2. Performance Class: This material is static dissipative (ESD), suitable for preventing static accumulation and slow discharge. It is not conductive.Purge Suggestion
Purge thoroughly with ABS or HIPS. Avoid using PP or PE for purging.
