30 - 50 °C (High-gloss polished molds are recommended for a smooth, flat lip)
Injection Speed
Medium-low speed for complete filling and reduced internal stress.
Critical Precautions
1. Key Indicator: Compression Set is the most critical parameter determining cup lifespan and repeatable suction performance; it must be extremely low.
2. Bonding Application: If the cup needs bonding to a rigid base (metal, engineering plastic), evaluate adhesion methods or use mechanical assembly.Purge Suggestion
Purge thoroughly with ABS or HIPS at the lower end of the processing temperature range. Do NOT use PP or PE.
