    Product Description

Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (e.g., EPDM/PP based) produced via dynamic vulcanization, combining the elasticity of rubber with the processability of plastics, featuring high performance and recyclability.

    Key Characteristics

    1. Excellent Elasticity & Sealing: Compression set and rebound接近传统 vulcanized rubber.
    2. Outstanding Heat & Weather Resistance: Wide continuous service temp range (-60°C to 135°C), resists UV and ozone aging.
    3. Good Oil & Chemical Resistance: Resistant to many oils, solvents, and chemicals.
    4. Easy Processing & Recyclable: Can be processed via injection, extrusion, etc.; scrap is recyclable.
    5. Low Density & Lightweight: Lower specific gravity than most rubbers, beneficial for weight reduction.

    Main Applications

Automotive: Seals, bellows, air ducts, gaskets.
    Construction: Window/door seals, expansion joints.
Industrial/Consumer: Tool handle overmolds, hoses, gaskets, seals.
Others: Appliance seals, sports equipment grips.

    Processing Method

    Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding

    Key Certs/Standards

ROHS, REACH, UL, Can meet automotive industry standards (e.g., materials for TS16949 system).

    Key Notes

    1. Select appropriate hardness and grade based on temperature, oil resistance, and sealing requirements.
    2. Must be thoroughly dried before processing to prevent bubbles.
    3. While recyclable, control regrind ratio for optimal performance.
