A well-balanced, versatile Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) offering a combination of good elasticity and easy processability.
Key Characteristics
1. Balanced Elasticity & Physical Properties: Good resilience and moderate mechanical strength.
2. Basic Temperature & Weather Resistance: Usable from -40°C to 125°C with some anti-aging capability.
3. Good Chemical Resistance: Resistant to water, detergents, and certain chemicals.
4. Excellent Processability: Suitable for standard thermoplastic processes like injection and extrusion.
5. Recyclable & Lightweight: Scrap can be recycled; lower density than traditional rubber.Main Applications
General-purpose seals, gaskets, common hoses, tool handle covers, consumer goods accessories, low-demand industrial parts.
