    Product Description

A high-performance Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) combining the flexibility of rubber with the strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance of engineering plastics, suitable for demanding dynamic applications.

    Key Characteristics

    1. Excellent Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength, elasticity, and impact resistance.
    2. Outstanding Temperature Resistance: Wide service temperature range (-50℃ to 130℃+), resistant to high-temperature creep.
    3. Superior Fatigue & Creep Resistance: Stable under repeatedly compression/flexing, low permanent set.
    4. Good Oil & Chemical Resistance: Resistant to many oils, solvents, and chemicals.

    Main Applications

Automotive: CVJ boots, air springs, seals.
Industrial: Hydraulic hoses, cable jackets, drive belts, tough gears.
Consumer: High-performance footwear, sports equipment parts, electronics damping pads.

    Processing Method

    Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding

    Key Certs/Standards

ROHS, REACH, UL (Optional), can meet specific automotive/industry standards.

    Processing Ref.

Must be thoroughly dried (120°C, 3-4 hrs); Processing Temp: 190-230°C.

    Key Notes

    1. Strict Moisture Prevention: TPEE is highly hygroscopic. Must be thoroughly dried before processing to prevent severe property loss or bubbles.
    2. Temperature Control: Processing temp should be above melting point but avoid prolonged overheating to prevent degradation.
    3. Special-purpose Equipment: Use dehumidifying dryers and seal packaging immediately after processing.
