    2. Exceptional Flex Fatigue Resistance: Maintains properties even under millions of dynamic flex cycles, with superior crack propagation resistance.
    3. Extreme Temperature & Weather Resistance: Stable performance from -50℃ to over 150℃, resistant to UV and thermal-oxidative aging.

    Extremely strict drying is mandatory (120-130°C for 4-6 hrs); Processing Temp: 210-250°C.

    Key Notes

    1. Extreme Moisture Protection: Highly hygroscopic, absorbs moisture rapidly upon air exposure. Must use dehumidifying dryers with continuous hopper heating.
    2. High-Temp, High-Shear Processing: Requires high melt temperatures and appropriate shear for optimal properties and appearance.
    3. Special-purpose Equipment Recommendation: For precision parts,special-purpose screws and nitrogen purging devices are recommended.
