Processing Ref.
Must be thoroughly dried (120°C for 3-4 hrs); Suggested Injection Temp: 210-240°C. Key Notes
1. Extreme Drying: Trace moisture can cause bubbles, splay, and severely impair mechanical properties. Thorough drying is mandatory.
2. Precision Mold & Process: High-precision gear molds are required. Optimize gate and cooling design to control dimensions and internal stress.
3. Performance Validation: Application testing (fatigue life, noise, transmission efficiency) on gears is mandatory before mass production.
