Critical Precautions
1. Clean Production: Black material easily shows impurities and contamination. The production environment and equipment must be kept extremely clean to prevent mixing of different colored materials.
2. Mold Maintenance: Black material may slightly stain the mold. Thorough mold cleaning is necessary before switching to light-colored materials after prolonged production.Purge Suggestion
1. When switching from black to white or light colors, a thorough purge is mandatory. Use high-flow HDPE or dedicated purge material in stages until the purged material runs clean and colorless.
2. When switching from other colors to black, purge requirements are less stringent, but running a small amount of black material through is recommended to flush out residuals.
