    Key Characteristics

    1. Classic Black Appearance: Uniform, saturated color with good surface finish (matte or adjustable).
    2. Excellent Opacity/Hiding Power: Effectively covers substrate color or product imperfections.
    3. Dirt Resistant & Easy to Clean: Dirt is less visible, easy to maintain.

    Main Applications

Automotive interior/exterior parts (seals, dust boots, handles), electronics housings and accessories, industrial seals and gaskets, tool handles, sports equipment, consumer goods (kitchenware, bathroom fittings), footwear, various overmolded products.

    Processing Methods

Injection Molding, Extrusion Molding, Blow Molding.

    Environmental Certifications

ROHS, REACH, PAHS, Phthalate Free. Specific certifications (e.g., UL, FDA) available upon request.

    Color

Standard Black (Blackness and undertone adjustable, e.g., blue-toned black, red-toned black).

    Parameter Guidelines

    Drying Temp/Time

70-85°C / 2-4 hours (Recommended, especially for grades requiring moisture protection)

    Melt Temperature Range

    160 - 210 °C (Specific to hardness and formulation)

    Mold Temperature

    30 - 60 °C

    Injection Speed

Medium speed is generally suitable, adjust per part design.

    Critical Precautions

    1. Clean Production: Black material easily shows impurities and contamination. The production environment and equipment must be kept extremely clean to prevent mixing of different colored materials.
    2. Mold Maintenance: Black material may slightly stain the mold. Thorough mold cleaning is necessary before switching to light-colored materials after prolonged production.

    Purge Suggestion

    1. When switching from black to white or light colorsa thorough purge is mandatory. Use high-flow HDPE or dedicated purge material in stages until the purged material runs clean and colorless.
    2. When switching from other colors to black, purge requirements are less stringent, but running a small amount of black material through is recommended to flush out residuals.
