Environment & Cleanliness
Production in a cleanroom is recommended. Molds and equipment must be extremely clean.
Critical Precautions
1. Clarity & Anti-Yellowing are Paramount: Any moisture, contamination, or overheating will increase haze, cause bubbles or yellowing. Strict control of material, drying, and process is essential.
2. Extremely High Mold Requirements: Mirror-polished molds (#10000+ finish) are mandatory. Any minor scratch will be replicated on the product surface.Purge Suggestion
Before and after production, thoroughly purge for an extended period using high-transparency grade ABS at a lower temperature (e.g., 180°C). Never purge with any non-transparent or recycled material.
