A highly soft and elastic Thermoplastic Vulcanizate suitable for applications requiring high flexibility and dynamic bending.
Key Characteristics
1. High Softness & Elasticity: Low hardness (Shore A 30A-70A), soft touch, excellent flexural properties.
2. Resistance to Repeated Compression: Good compression set resistance and resilience.
3. Basic Heat & Weather Resistance: Stable performance within -50°C to 125°C.
4. Easy Processing: Suitable for standard injection and extrusion processes.Main Applications
High-flexibility seals, cushioning pads, anti-vibration components, foldable hoses, toys, sports equipment grips, flexible industrial parts.
