A high-performance TPEE material that complies with stringent food contact regulations.
Key Characteristics
1. Food Safety & Compliance: Complies with major regional food contact regulations, such as China GB 4806 series, US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EU (EU) No 10/2011, passing relevant migration tests.
2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength, high modulus, outstanding impact and tear resistance, and good durability.
3. Good Temperature Resistance: Usable over a wide temperature range (e.g., -40°C to 125°C), suitable for high-temperature sterilization or low-temperature storage.Main Applications
seals and tubing for food processing equipment, durable food container components, internal parts of coffee makers and water dispensers, overmolded handles for reusable utensils, food-contact compliant drive belts.

Injection Molding, Extrusion. (Processing methods are similar in concept to TPV in the image, but parameters differ.)

Processing Reference
Thorough drying is MANDATORY: Recommend 3-6 hours at 110-120°C. Melt Temperature: 200-240°C; Mold Temperature: 30-70°C. Processing in a clean environment is advised. Key Notes
