    Suggested Molding Conditions

    Item Parameter/Guideline
    Drying 75-85°C / 2-3 hours (Mandatory)
    Overmolding Material Temp 170-190°C
Substrate (ABS/PP) Preheating Recommended 80-100°C to enhance bonding.
    Mold Temperature 40-60°C

    Critical Precautions

    1. Grade Matching: Must select the dedicated bonding grade that matches the shower head substrate material (ABS or PP).
    2. Surface Cleanliness: The rigid substrate surface must be clean and free of contaminants like mold release before overmolding.
    3. Mold Design: The overmolding area should include mechanical interlocks (e.g., holes, undercuts) for enhanced bonding.
